4. Account Registration

• Users must create an account to place orders.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• BiilDiit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious or fraudulent activities.

5. Ordering & Payment

• Orders are processed only after successful payment via **KMC Payment Gateway**.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We use third-party logistics for deliveries and provide estimated delivery times.
• Delivery times may vary due to location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Users must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
• Orders undelivered due to incorrect address details may result in additional charges.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact our customer service team within 2 hours of receiving your order.

• Customers must send **photos of the damaged or incorrect item** via WhatsApp to our customer care number immediately.
• Plumbing materials can be returned within **15 days** from the order date.
• Paint materials that have been tinted or colored by a tinting machine **cannot be returned**, unless the incorrect color was mixed by our staff.
• The product must be in its **original condition**, without stains, marks, cement, or any other substances.
• Some exclusions may apply to specific items. Our team will guide you through the **return or exchange process** to ensure a smooth resolution.

8. User Conduct

9. Third-Party Services

• We use **Google Maps API** for accurate delivery locations. Users acknowledge that Google may collect location data as per their privacy policies.
• We use **KMC Payment Gateway** for secure transactions. Payment processing terms are governed by their policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

• BiilDiit is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website or mobile application.

11. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these terms.
• Users can close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support.

12. Governing Law
