1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to have a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience at **BiilDiit**. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- You must contact our customer service within 2 hours of receiving your order.
- Photos of the product must be sent immediately via **WhatsApp to our customer care number**.
- The product must be **unused, undamaged, and in its original condition**.
- Products with **stains, marks, cement, or any other substances** will not be accepted for return.
- The item must be returned in its **original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoice**.
2. Return & Exchange Conditions
Each product sold on **BiilDiit** will be categorized as one of the following:
- Returnable: 25% of the total amount of the **returnable product** of that bill will be refunded, and the remaining amount must be used for exchange.
- Non-Returnable: The product **cannot be returned or exchanged** once sold.
- Exchangeable: The product can only be exchanged for another item, but **no refund will be provided**.
Each product page will clearly state its **return eligibility (Returnable, Non-Returnable, Exchangeable).**
3. Return Timeframes
- Plumbing materials: Eligible for return up to **25% of the amount** within 15 days from the order date. The remaining amount must be used for an exchange.
- Paint materials: Cannot be returned once tinted unless an incorrect color was mixed by our staff.
- Other construction materials: Returns must be requested within **7 days** of receiving the product.
4. Return Process
If you meet the return conditions, follow these steps:
- Contact our **customer support team** within the allowed return timeframe.
- Provide order details and **clear photos of the product**.
- Wait for our team to **review your request** and provide further instructions.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a **pickup or provide return shipping instructions**.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the **refund (if applicable) or exchange**.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
- Refunds are applicable only for **returnable products (25% refund, rest exchange)**.
- Refunds will be credited to the **original payment method** within **7-14 business days**.
- Shipping fees and handling charges **are non-refundable**.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item instead of returning it:
- Contact our support team within the eligible return period.
- Provide proof of damage or incorrect product.
- We will arrange a replacement, subject to stock availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
In case of a damaged or defective product:
- Report the issue **within 2 hours** of delivery.
- Send **clear photos via WhatsApp** for verification.
- We will arrange for a **replacement or refund**, depending on the severity of the issue.
